Condemned manoeuvres

Look at the picture below. It is unlikely that the bruises in the axilla are due to a fall. I think this is evidence of the drag lift being used.

National Back Exchange refer to controversial techniques now rather than condemned manouevres. However, everyone knows that pulling excessively on the shoulder joint can damage it. Hence, considering the definition of abuse: "doing something to someone that you know potentially can harm them", I feel that the drag lift should remain condemned!!!
